For Canadian Licensed Insolvency Trustee practices

Your senior team shouldn't be doing data entry.

Volume, turnaround, errors and exceptions. Expand only if it earns it.

Security and data handling

Your files, your systems, your control.

Our team is in Mumbai, India, and we say so up front. Here is how client information stays protected.

Works inside your environment

Zero local storage: our team works directly inside your Ascend or Aryza Insolv environment. No estate or debtor data is downloaded, stored or processed on RCS hardware.

Access you control

Encrypted VPN or Citrix connection with mandatory multi-factor authentication for every team member, approved by your firm.

A locked-down workspace

Our Thane facility uses hardware-locked workstations with USB ports disabled, restricted internet and no external email. Team members are screened by an independent verification provider (identity, court records, employment and education), and our service agreement carries a confidentiality clause that survives termination indefinitely. Staff complete security awareness training twice a year.

Built around OSB Directive 4R

Directive 4R covers delegation of tasks. RCS handles administrative work only. Statutory duties, debtor assessments and signing certificates stay with the Trustee, and processed files stay in Draft until your Canadian team finalizes them.

Typical output

Over 150 Proofs of Claim per agent, per day

Worked inside your own systems, to your SOPs.

Testimonials from existing Trustees

Managing filing surges used to paralyze our local administration, but partnering with RCS completely cleared the bottleneck. Their team operates seamlessly in real time during our EST hours, inputting complex consumer proposals and drafting assessment packages with exceptional precision. The files are consistently accurate, compliant with OSB Directive 4R, and ready for our trustees to review without delay.

Managing Partner & LIT, Greater Toronto Area, ON

POC processing and creditor reconciliations used to consume hours of our senior staff's day. RCS took over the heavy lift: auditing incoming Proof of Claims, flagging discrepancies, and updating our estate software directly through our secure VPN. Having a dedicated support wing handle the clerical legwork while strictly keeping statutory authority with our Canadian trustees has been a game changer for our firm's margins.

Senior Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Calgary, AB

Our primary hesitation with external support was data privacy, but RCS's zero-local-storage model and remote-session security completely satisfied our compliance requirements. They efficiently manage our monthly BIA budget inputs, income calculations, and surplus income prep. Their work is meticulous, turnaround is immediate, and it allows our resident team to focus entirely on debtor assessments and creditor hearings.

Questions Trustees ask first

Is the work done outside Canada?

Yes. Our team is in Mumbai, India. The work happens inside your own systems, under your SOPs and your access rules.

Who stays responsible for the work?

The Trustee keeps professional judgment and authorization. RCS handles defined administrative tasks and escalates exceptions back to your team.

What does it cost?

CAD $2,000 per dedicated employee per month. The 30-day pilot is one dedicated specialist on one or two workflows at the same flat rate.

How do we start?

Choose one or two workflows, run a 30-day pilot, and review accuracy, turnaround and fit before deciding whether to expand.

Does this work alongside our automation?

Yes. Automation can handle repetitive steps, but validation, exception handling, follow-up and escalation still need people. RCS covers those layers.

Is your admin team at capacity?

Tell us one workflow. We will show you how a pilot would run.
